A) HACFO GENERAL OPERATIONAL GOALS

1. Attaining to an All-round Exponential Growth and Stability

2. Consolidating a Culture of Excellence and Best Practices in Ministry

3. Social Intervention Programs (Matthew 25:35 Christmas project)

4. Designing and Implementing Sustainable Development strategies

5. Securing a minimum of 10 (30m x 15m) plots of Land for HACFO

Operational Mission Headquarters in Zaria axis of Kaduna State

6. Strategize and Plan for HACFO International Operations (to other African

Countries, Vision 2020)

7. Staff Empowerment and Capacity Building Training (Media, Rhema Bible

training Center, Nigeria, etc.)

8. Recruitment and Establishment of Missionary Agents in 10 Northern

States

9. Acquiring Office Furniture and Office Equipment for HACFO Operations

10. Starting a Monthly Staff Training Classes on Mission and Ministry

(Vision Casting and Mentoring Classes)

11. Drastic and deliberate commitment to Prayer and Fasting and

Studying of God’s Word.

12. Design and implement a workable staff support (salary and

allowances) Scheme as a motivation for their services in HACFO

 

B) MISSIONS DIVISION

1. Soul Winning

2. Recruiting and Training 10 Tent Makers Missionaries

 Raising Indigenous Labor Force for the Work of Mission in the

Hausa Land

2 Timothy 2:2-3

And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses,

commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

3. Filling the Hausa Land with the Knowledge of the Glory of the Lord

through Mission Outreaches and Conferences

Habakkuk 2:14

For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the

LORD, as the waters cover the sea. NIV

 Encouraging and Fellowshipping with at least 12,000 Hausa

Christians in Nigeria

 

C) EDUCATION AND EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMS DIVISION

1. CRK Teachers Support Programs

Proper Planning, Recruitment, Documentation, and Implementations

of Missionary Teachers who will Teach CRK to Christian Students in

public Schools in Zamfara, Katsina, Kano, Jigawa, Kaduna, Sokoto and

other places. Zamfara and Katsina States should be the Starting

points.

2. Quarterly Educational Outreach Programs to Primary and Secondary

Schools in the Hausa Land.

3. Organize, invite and Implement the 1st Hausa Christians Teachers

Empowerment Summit to encourage the establishment of schools

and promotion of education in all the rural areas of the Hausa

Christians

4. Strategize and Implement the 1st Hausa Christians Leadership and

Economic Summit of all the Hausa Christians from every works of life

D) MEDIA DIVISION

1. Equipping our Media Departments with basic operational tools

2. Having a more functional Media Directorate with all other departments

(Audio-visuals, Graphics, IT, and Publishing) functioning.

3. More Media Capacity Training for the Media Team

4. Be ready to start producing our Jingles, and Short Inspiring Video

documentaries of our activities

5. Active in cyber-mission

6. Manage our website and all our social media handles effectively for an

effective publicity of HACFO’s activities.

7. Plan, and execute a well creative nationwide documentary on the

persecution of the Hausa Christians in Nigeria

 

E) DIRECTORATE OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES

1. Organize and execute at least 1 Medical Outreach Successfully!

2. A formulate and structure a functional Directorate

3. Form a Standby Volunteer Medical Team for Our Medical Outreaches

and Other Programs

4. Determine the scope of our medical outreaches activities and how to

go about them

 

F) DIRECTORATE OF ADOCACY

1. Rescue of Minor Christian Girls in Islamic Captivity

2. Carry out effective Advocacy against all of injustice, religious

discrimination and abuse of Human rights on the bases of religious

differences in northern Nigeria

3. Carry out effective Advocacy for the right of the Girl Child and access

to quality Education in northern Nigeria.
